Kindergarten

On February 27, 2012, The Tiny Tartan Kindergarten opened its doors on our Primary Campus, joining a wonderful College community.

With three full classes and high levels of interest we have now opened up enrolments into our fourth class.

Part-time (5 day fortnight) and full-time options are available to parents wishing to enrol their students in the Kindergarten.

The Tiny Tartan Kindergarten will offer our youngest students a comfortable, secure learning environment of discovery and personal development. Being part of The Springfield Anglican College wider school community, the Kindergarten offers the children an opportunity to develop and understanding of the culture and experience of school.

Kindergarten students will be taught by expert and experienced professionals in the field of early childhood education, and will also receive specialist lessons in music, library, Mandarin Chinese and the Perceptual Motor Programme (PMP).

Focussing on the developmental needs and learning styles of children, Kindergarten students will grow in a structured environment where they will receive a foundation of key concepts in early literacy, numeracy, science, music and art.

The Tiny Tartan Kindergarten will also provide an environment where children can develop skills in emotional, social, intellectual and physical growth.
